Hello, I’m Aïcha.
I’m a Montréal-based professional makeup artist specializing in refined, skin-focused beauty with an expressive and polished finish.
My work is defined by a meticulous approach to complexion, favouring radiant, dimensional skin and soft sculpting that enhances natural structure.
In my work, I bring a balanced mix of technical precision and intuitive creativity to every face. I create makeup for film, fashion, and red carpet with a style that suits both high-definition media and real-world presence. My signature is recognized for light-reflective finishes, nuanced textures, and clean, intentional detail that adds subtle impact without distraction.
Through every project, I approach beauty as a form of storytelling. My work is guided by mood, emotion, and the desire to help each person feel confident in their skin.
Beauty takes root in what is natural, then grows through presence, care, and intuition. It reveals itself not only in features, but in the way others feel held, seen, and empowered.
Discover the three elements that shape this vision.
The natural architecture of the face. Bone, balance, and proportion form the foundation for every look.
How the skin interacts with light. Radiance, reflection, and softness define how beauty is revealed and felt.
The presence a person carries. Expression, mood, and energy shape how beauty connects and communicates.
A glimpse into the steps, shifts, and moments that shaped the artist I’ve grown into.
The Ten Spot, Griffintown · Cosmetology Internship, 2021
This was the starting point. A space to develop precision, hygiene, and presence through hands-on work in skincare and aesthetics. It formed the base for a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach that still guides the work today.
Sephora Canada · Beauty Advisor & Makeup Artist, 2021–2023
In a high-volume retail environment, artistry had to be fast, personal, and effective. This chapter shaped a stronger sense of communication, client connection, and on-the-spot creative thinking.
Film, TV & Freelance Work
2022 to Present
